Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Partner Relations Coordinator to build referral source relationships with hospitals, clinics and senior-service organizations in the community. You will work to grow census and quality mix by developing the market, coordinating with acute care and other referral sources, and providing prospective residents and families with information and assistance.

Responsibilities include establishing strong partnerships, driving referrals from health care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, or related business field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in health care.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of partner relations.
• Proven success in developing referrals from health care target markets.
• Must exhibit self-confidence, enthusiasm, and be a team player.
