Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing/communications/journalism/business/English.
• Portfolio of marketing materials for print and digital use.
• Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud and ability to prepare print/digital materials.
• Experience creating and scheduling social media content and updating website content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an organization-wide marketing and communications strategy.
• Promote NHREC programs, student opportunities, events, and partnerships.
• Maintain brand messaging and visual standards across channels.
• Create brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters, and digital content.
• Serve as primary communications contact for six school divisions.
• Coordinate distribution of announcements, enrollment information, and materials.
• Manage NHREC's social media and website content; analyze engagement.
• Draft external communications and media responses with leadership input.
• Support internal communications and employee/stakeholder updates.
• Support recruitment, outreach, open houses, events, and recognition programs.
