The Lubrizol Corporation in Wickliffe, OH, is seeking a Process Technology Leader for Detergents & Small Molecules to develop next-generation manufacturing processes and lead a high-performance engineering team within Lubrizol Additives.

You will drive MET initiatives, scale-up activities, and cross-functional collaboration, while applying LEAN, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies to deliver measurable business impact. This hybrid role offers growth and broad exposure to global operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in chemical manufacturing and/or process development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing engineers.
• Proven success driving change and delivering results in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Sound project management skills.
• Exhibits a continuous improvement mindset.
• Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• DMAIC or DFSS Six Sigma certification, green belt or black belt with practical application.
• Certifications in project management (e.g. PMP).
• Digital / AI / Machine Learning training or extensive experience.

• Lead the Detergents & Small Molecules Process Technology team and drive cross-functional engagements to achieve business objectives.
• Identify technologies and partnerships to stimulate learning, elevate practices, and accelerate performance.
• Work with global business and operations teams to align on process improvements and productivity initiatives.
• Drive standardization and effectiveness of best practice processes across all locations.
• Identify, resource, and execute high impact productivity projects.
• Lead scale-up activities and ensure data confirming product and process quality and capability.
