Kelvion Holding GmbH - All rights reserved is looking for a Regional Head of Manufacturing Engineering to lead and transform the regional engineering organization. This strategic role oversees Manufacturing Engineering across multiple sites in Germany and the Netherlands.

The ideal candidate will drive automation strategies, ensure compliance with safety and technical standards, and improve regional engineering capabilities. Requires a degree in Engineering and extensive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in Manufacturing Engineering within an international context.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-site engineering projects.
• Strong background in automation and industrial digitalization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Manufacturing Engineering organization across all assigned manufacturing sites.
• Drive manufacturing strategy, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
• Ensure implementation of safety standards and operational best practices.
