Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in wealth management or related financial services.
• Experience advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families.
• Proven ability to manage complex, long-term client relationships.
• Proven business development, networking, and relationship origination.
• Strong communication, judgment, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with investment, planning, and specialized teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship leader for a portfolio of high-net-worth families.
• Develop understanding of clients' goals, priorities, and family dynamics.
• Coordinate Matter resources to address client needs.
• Maintain relationships across generations and with external advisors.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and introduce Matter capabilities.
• Develop new business through networks and professional advisors.
• Lead or participate in meetings and relationship development activities.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic prospects and growth opportunities.
• Ensure integrated client experience across investment management and planning.
