Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of student housing communities across multiple markets. You will drive operating and financial performance, mentor on-site leaders, and ensure compliance while delivering a high-quality living experience for residents.

Own the budgeting process, manage expenses, and partner with on-site teams to execute capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Property Manager and 2 years as a Regional Manager in multifamily student housing.
• CPM, CAM, RMP or CMCA certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, ADP; experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, EliseAI is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of communities and achieve operational and financial goals.
• Prepare, review, and approve annual operating budgets for each property.
• Monitor expenses and manage vendor relationships.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews and address variances.
• Recommend and oversee capital improvements to stay competitive.
