Job summary

Heidelberg Materials AG seeks a Regional Manager to lead a team of Remote Optimization Specialists and support staff across multiple cement plants. You will drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and ensure alignment among plant, regional, and corporate teams.

You will coach staff, analyze performance data, coordinate budgeting and outages, and推动 technology adoption to improve efficiency, reliability, and product quality across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience leading technical/operational teams in heavy industry.
• Expertise in cement manufacturing, process optimization, and automation.
• Strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional team of ROS and staff with coaching and guidance.
• Partner with plant and regional leadership to drive operational excellence.
• Oversee operational support across multiple cement plants and coordinate teams.
• Monitor performance with key metrics and implement efficiency improvements.
• Support budgeting, outages, technology adoption and continuous improvement.
• Serve as liaison between HROC, plant leadership and regional operations.
