Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple offices and drive operational excellence across the region. The role requires travel to nearby offices for hands-on guidance and hands-on leadership during training at Aspen Dental locations.

You will lead staff development, evaluate staffing needs with the talent acquisition team, and support onboarding to ensure smooth operations and consistent patient service across the region.

• Must be able to relocate after local training (assistance provided).

Responsibilities

• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations (3–4 days/week).
• Onsite at Aspen Dental locations during training (5 days/week).
• Provide training and development support to ensure knowledge of business model and procedures.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition and office managers to hire and onboard staff.
• Support daily regional office operations as needed.

Salary: $85,000 + / year + incentive opportunity

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations* (3-4 days per week).
• During training, you will be onsite at an Aspen Dental location 5 days per week
• Provide training and development support to ensure all practice staff demonstrate knowledge of the business model, operating procedures, and protocols
• In partnership with the talent acquisition team and the office manager, evaluate and communicate staffing needs to enable effective hiring and onboarding experiences for new team members
• Support daily office operations within the region as necessary

Qualifications

• Availability to relocate after 6 months of local training is required (relocation assistance provided)
• Management experience over-seeing multiple locations in the retail or health care industry
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and the ability to interpret and act upon financial statements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and employees of all ages and backgrounds
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development for yourself and your team
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• As this position requires daily travel to assigned offices, you must maintain a valid non-restricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance or the ability to be insured under the employer’s fleet insurance program (for those assigned a Company fleet vehicle).
