Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager – in-office to oversee 6-10 Aspen Dental branded practices, driving growth and operational excellence while owning full profit and loss responsibilities.

This role requires daily travel to nearby offices, leadership of staff training, staffing coordination with Talent Acquisition, and collaboration with office managers to ensure operational procedures and patient service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing multiple locations in retail or health care.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and ability to read financial statements.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for 6–10 Aspen Dental practices.
• Drive growth, implement process improvements, and own P&L.
• Lead staff development and partner with talent acquisition for onboarding.
• Support daily office operations across the region.
• Travel regularly to nearby offices to support operations.

Salary:

$85000 - $90000 / year

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Regional Manager , you will oversee practice operations for a group of 6-10 Aspen Dental branded practices. You will play a critical role spearheading growth and process improvement initiatives, own full profit and loss responsibility, and develop close working partnerships with the entire practice staff.

• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations*

• Provide training and development support to ensure all practice staff demonstrate knowledge of the business model, operating procedures, and protocols

• In partnership with the talent acquisition team and the office manager, evaluate and communicate staffing needs to enable effective hiring and onboarding experiences for new team members

• Support daily office operations within the region as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Management experience over seeing multiple locations in the retail or health care industry

• Prior profit and loss responsibility and the ability to interpret and act upon financial statements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and employees of all ages and backgrounds

• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development for yourself and your team

*As this position requires daily travel to assigned offices, you must maintain a valid non-restricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance or the ability to be insured under the employer’s fleet insurance program (for those assigned a Company fleet vehicle).
