Job summary

Noble Health Services is seeking a sales professional to visit doctor’s offices and educate them on our patient care programs and services. The role focuses on developing sales initiatives, outreach to prescribers, and maintaining strong professional relationships with physicians and health care staff.

The position involves daily travel within the region, collaboration with Facility Management, and adherence to budgetary guidelines while staying current on pharmacy and health care trends.

Responsibilities

  • Visit doctor’s offices and other practices to educate them on Noble Health Services and our patient care programs and services
  • Develop appropriate sales initiatives, including cold calls, direct mail, phone/internet contact, and office visits
  • Maintains and develops professional relationships with doctors and others in the health service professions
  • Provide communication, written and verbal, to Facility Management about service concerns and issues at the various customer locations
  • Maintain consistent follow through on all reported customer concerns and report to management
  • Provide various customer service programs as requested (i.e. training, in-services)
  • Responsible to maintain an awareness of developments in the Pharmacy and Health Care Services fields that relate to job responsibilities and integrates them into own practice
  • Maintains confidentiality regarding all patient information
  • Facilitates communication between professional staff and pharmacy personnel
  • Assists in meeting or exceeding budgetary sales guidelines and operating the pharmacy within said guidelines
  • Interface with various auditors and outside agencies, as needed
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Travel: Daily travel required. Limited overnight travel required. Attendance at various business and management conferences may be required.

Scope of Responsibilities: Responsible for sales initiatives and prescriber outreach. Assists in the training and development of subordinate staff, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. Relies on experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.

Qualifications

Education:

  • BS preferred
