Job summary

Interstates is hiring a Regional Manager to lead operations and growth across a defined region. You will supervise regional offices and field activities, drive safety, and mentor staff while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role requires travel within the region, strong leadership, and experience in electrical construction or industrial engineering. Blended office/site work with occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related education with experience in electrical construction or automation.
• Proven leadership and construction project management experience.
• Experience in industrial environments such as food processing or energy facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day regional operations and project delivery within a region.
• Lead safety culture and ensure compliance with policies across offices and sites.
• Develop regional staff and mentor teams; conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate on sales strategies and monitor regional budgets and expenditures.
• Build client relations to support regional growth and Interstates portfolio.
