NY State Electric & Gas Corp. is seeking a Regional Manager to lead economic development and business relations across multiple NY regions.
You will drive strategies for business attraction, retention, and expansion while aligning customer needs with regulatory and growth objectives. You will manage a team of professionals, collaborate with Engineering, Planning, and Regulatory, and lead cross-functional efforts with local, regional, and statewide partners.

The salary range for this position is based on experience level ranging from $134,000 to $168,400 plus up to 16% bonus
This role reports to the Director – Economic Development & Business Relations and manages a team of Economic Development and Business Relations professionals. The Regional Manager leads and implements NYSEG and RG&E regional economic development, customer engagement, and business relationship strategies. This role supports business attraction, retention, and expansion, strengthens key stakeholder relationships, and advances strategic, operational, and regulatory objectives. The position balances customer needs, operational priorities, regulatory requirements, and long-term growth objectives through regional leadership, business development, and cross-functional coordination.
