Job summary

Great Hearts Arizona - CMO is seeking a Regional Manager for Co-Curricular Programs to oversee after-school and enrichment initiatives across academies in the region. The role reports to the Executive Director and coordinates with Campus Coordinators to execute curriculum and programs with fidelity.

Responsibilities include guiding curriculum execution, staff development, payroll and budgets, enrollment growth, licensing compliance, and strong customer service with academy partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; leadership experience in education.
• Broad experience in classroom teaching and multi-site management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite.
• Valid Arizona DPS IVP fingerprint clearance card required.
• TB test negative; CPR and First Aid Certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Co-Curricular Programs across regional academies.
• Manage Campus Coordinators and lead staff hiring and evaluations.
• Ensure curriculum execution and program quality across sites.
• Monitor enrollment growth, marketing, and waitlists.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and safety requirements.
• Provide coordination with academy leadership and regular reporting.
