Job summary

Great Hearts Arizona is seeking a Regional Manager for Co-Curricular Programs. This role supervises Campus Coordinators across multiple academies, oversees after-school programs and related activities, and ensures successful execution of curriculum.

Based at the AZ Home Office with frequent travel to campuses, the RM partners with the Executive Director and leads staff development, budgeting, enrollment growth, and compliance with state licensing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; leadership experience in education.
• Experience in classroom teaching and multi-site management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Guide execution of Co-Curricular Curriculum across campuses.
• Oversee Campus Coordinators and hire/lead teachers.
• Train staff in policy, curriculum, safety and customer service.
• Manage budgets, invoices, payroll and expenses.
• Drive enrollment growth and marketing strategies.
• Ensure state licensing compliance.
• Foster relationships with headmasters and academy staff.
• Organize team meetings and weekly reporting.
