Job summary

Triumph Motorcycles is seeking a Regional Manager for the Central Atlantic region based in the US. The role services dealers across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and eastern North Carolina, and reports to the East US Sales Manager.

The position focuses on developing and supporting dealers to optimize performance in retail and wholesale sales of motorcycles, apparel and accessories, with a premium brand experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Five or more years direct field/retail experience (powersports/automotive preferred).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsements.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills.
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with Triumph dealers and key stakeholders.
• Plan weekly travel schedule with dealer partners.
• Monitor dealer compliance and stock turns; report findings.
• Coordinate local marketing and events to deliver premium customer experiences.
• Train dealer staff on Triumph products and sales procedures.
