Job summary

Triumph is seeking a Regional Manager for the Southeast US, overseeing dealer relationships, retail and wholesale activities, and brand standards. You will work with the East US Sales Manager to mentor dealers, plan travel, and ensure premium customer experiences across motorcycles, apparel and accessories.

The role requires extensive travel, live in or relocate to the assigned region, and a focus on growing dealer performance while maintaining Triumph’s premium brand proposition.

Qualifications

• Five or more years direct field/retail experience (powersports/automotive preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsements.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with Triumph dealers and key stakeholders.
• Plan weekly travel schedules with dealer partners.
• Monitor dealer compliance and report performance.
• Forecast retail and wholesale activity for the region.
• Train dealer staff and promote premium customer experience.
