Job summary

Renew Fitness / Club Pilates is seeking a Regional Studio Manager to oversee multiple locations, drive revenue, and ensure brand standards are met. You will lead teams, analyze KPIs, and ensure exceptional member experiences across studios.

You will coach General Managers and staff, manage operations and scheduling, and drive growth through community outreach and partnerships while upholding safety and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations.
• Proven success in leadership and revenue growth.
• Strong ability to recruit, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience analyzing KPIs and implementing performance improvement strategies.
• Ability to travel between studio locations as needed.
• Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across memberships, retail sales, private training, and teacher training programs while achieving regional sales and profitability goals.
