Position Purpose: The Regional Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and expanding the company’s operations across the western half of the United States. Based in Denver, Colorado, this role will primarily oversee projects focused on the installation of industrial automation equipment for a key strategic client. This position requires a strong leader with deep experience in industrial project execution, project management, team development, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to grow business, capable of managing a geographically dispersed team, and committed to delivering excellence in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
  • Works safely at all times.
  • Requires discipline and attention to detail with quality work product while meeting deadlines
  • Works closely with, and supports, all members of the project team to ensure success of the project
  • Assemble, review and manage documentation for the project
  • Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.
  • All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.
Operational Leadership
  • Oversee all regional projects involving the installation of industrial automation equipment
  • Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to defined quality standards
  • Manage project lifecycle from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout
  • Implement best practices for planning, scheduling, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards
Key Account Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a major client across the western U.S.
  • Build and maintain a strong, long-term partnership focused on performance, reliability, and growth
  • Ensure consistent communication, responsiveness, and client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to expand scope of work within the client’s operations
Regional Oversight
  • Lead operations across a multi-state western territory requiring up to 75% travel
  • Provide hands‑on leadership and on‑site support to project teams
  • Standardize processes and drive operational consistency across the region
  • Monitor project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, engineers, and field teams
  • Build a high‑performing, accountable, and collaborative team culture
  • Recruit, train, and retain personnel to support regional growth
  • Conduct performance management and succession planning
Business Development & Growth
  • Drive revenue growth, primarily through expansion with the key client and targeted new opportunities
  • Support estimating, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, engineers, and field teams
  • Identify and pursue additional industrial automation installation opportunities within the region
  • Align regional strategy with overall company growth objectives
  • Manage regional and project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
  • Ensure project profitability and implement corrective actions when needed

Position Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills and iPad skills with Microsoft Office, Project Management Software (Procore, Prolog, etc.), Bluebeam, BIM, and scheduling software.

  • Required to talk and/or hear in an office and industrial setting (noise level is moderate). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; climb or balance; kneel, crawl, stoop, or crouch.
  • Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.
  • Work is performed in an office and industrial-manufacturing environment with significant time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
