Job Title : Regional Maintenance Technician - Multi-Family (EPA / HVAC Certified Required)

Location : Orange County, Riverside, Moreno Valley, and Oceanside, CA

Pay Range : $21.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

Overview :

We are a fast-growing, privately-owned company committed to delivering high-quality service across our multi-family residential communities in Southern California. We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Regional Maintenance Technician with at least 3 years of experience in property maintenance. This is a hands-on, roving role that requires flexibility, problem-solving expertise, and a strong work ethic.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety, comfort, and functionality of our properties by performing timely maintenance, repairs, and preventative work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine repairs to windows, doors, walls, and other interior and exterior surfaces
• Address plumbing issues, including broken or leaking fixtures
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring problems
• Maintain HVAC systems for consistent and efficient climate control
• Apply preventative measures such as roof sealing and safety hazard corrections
• Replace and repair flooring, including carpets and wooden floors
• Paint interior and exterior areas as needed
• Lubricate locks, doorknobs, hinges, and gates
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas : sweep, mop, vacuum, and trash removal
• Monitor inventory and ensure maintenance supplies are stocked
• Check and maintain fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency exits
• Assist tenants with lockouts
• Coordinate scheduling for specialized repairs requiring external vendors

Skills and Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property or apartment maintenance
• EPA or HVAC Certification is required
• Strong technical skills with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Physically able to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel between properties and work weekends as needed
