Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and basic organization skills.
• Ability to pass criminal records check and drug screening.
• Willingness to perform remodeling tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete all maintenance work assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Remodeling of new and existing buildings may be required.
• Files and other property may need to be hauled to storage facilities or landfill.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
