Regional Maintenance Supervisor (Traveling)

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio of residential properties by traveling to various sites to uphold high standards of quality and care.
• Serve as a key leader and ambassador, supporting Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians, making repairs, and ensuring safe, welcoming environments for residents.
• Manage and participate in REAC inspection preparation, working with regional managers, site staff, and vendors.
• Guide sites in completing repairs for HUD REAC inspections, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and small repairs.
• Support short-staffed sites by completing work orders and inspection repairs.
• Complete special projects as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with HUD-REAC inspections and affordable housing is essential.
• Skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical repairs.
• Ability and willingness to travel overnight up to 75%.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in related trades preferred.
• Strong leadership, reliability, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Salary Range

$75,000 - $85,000 USD per year, with potential bonuses and benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
