Job summary

Kotarides Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain the physical condition of our communities. The role supports daily operations, responds to service requests, and collaborates with property leadership to ensure high standards of living for residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance experience in apartments or similar setting.
• Proficient in maintaining records of maintenance, requests, expenditures, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance as directed by the Property Manager and Senior Maintenance Technician.
• Complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Oversee turnover of vacant units under direction of the Property Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness of the community.
• Maintain accurate records for preventative maintenance and work in progress.
