Job description

As a Regional Maintenance Supervisor, you will support all plant leadership and maintenance associates by leading a technical team in a region. This position will be based out of our Bowling Green, KY location.

Every day as Regional Maintenance Supervisor you will...

• Lead installation projects within the region in collaboration with plant maintenance and leadership teams
• Analyze and recommend process and equipment improvements
• Coordinate a technical group of associates to support local maintenance and HQ engineering
• Develop, mentor, and train maintenance and project technicians in the area
• Support others to accomplish goals
• Work with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems to track and improve performance
• Troubleshoot complex Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical issues with the equipment

• Have proven experience as a supervisor and project implementations

• High technical skills and ability to read electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, and mechanical prints

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering related field is a plus
• Willing to travel 50% of time to other locations on regular basis
