Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead safety initiatives, guide field teams, and drive reliability across North America’s fulfillment network. You will influence site managers’ decisions with data-driven tools and ROI-focused analyses.

The role requires extensive experience in facilities maintenance, MHE systems, and packaging automation, with a track record of multi-site leadership and budget stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering (or 2+ years Amazon RME experience).
• 10+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 7+ years of managing department spend, RCA, and CI.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety standards and drive team compliance.
• Oversee budget development, execution, and capital planning.
• Lead field-based Facilities Managers to expand Amazon's North American Fulfillment Network.
• Coordinate maintenance teams across North America.
