• Scheduling and assigning employees; negotiating and hiring contractors; following up on work results.
• Prioritize and schedule repairs; maintenance; and installation of machinery and equipment.
• Control expenses by budgeting, scheduling expenditures, and submitting weekly invoices.
• Recruiting, orienting and training staff; communicating expectations; coaching and evaluating performance.
