Job summary

RegalCare at Greenfield is seeking a Regional Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance operations for multiple long-term care facilities across Massachusetts. The role focuses on keeping physical plants safe, compliant, and well-maintained to support resident care.

You will lead maintenance teams, manage budgets and vendors, and coordinate state and federal surveys, travel within Massachusetts, and ensure Life Safety Code compliance. A strong leadership background in LT care is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive long-term care maintenance leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of physical plant systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Well-versed in Life Safety Code compliance and survey processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel within Massachusetts.

• We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Regional Maintenance Director to oversee multiple long-term care facilities across Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing physical plant systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting facility teams to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations for multiple facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all Life Safety Code regulations and state/federal requirements.
