Klaton Consultants is seeking a Resource Nurse to support Assisted Living communities across the Kansas City, Topeka, and Manhattan regions. The role involves collaborating with Executive Directors and RCCs to complete tasks such as quarterly pharmacy reviews, admissions, labs, and PCP communications.

The candidate must be a licensed practical nurse with reliable transportation and be prepared to cover for RCCs during absences. Competitive salaries and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly pharmacy reviews and Risk Watch tasks.
• Assist with admissions and re-admissions.
• Oversee labs: routine draws, results review, PCP notification and new orders.
• Support in-house physician visits/ rounds and order entry.
• Cover RCC when RCC is on vacation, sick, or vacancy occurs.
