Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention professional to protect company assets through external theft deterrence, investigations, and collaboration with store leadership and law enforcement.

The role involves reviewing case records, conducting CCTV observations, using reports to identify high‑risk locations, and ensuring compliance with safety and privacy policies while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail security/loss prevention preferred.
• Must successfully pass GCNA position certification processes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Retail/Industrial Security Systems.
• Experience with digital camera equipment operation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Protects company assets by executing external theft program elements.
• Accurately builds and records external theft cases using case management software.
• Conducts external theft investigations utilizing reports, tips, and CCTV review.
• Reviews case management records for completion and accuracy.
• Works with store leadership and law enforcement to minimize loss and ensure safety.
