Job summary

Ross Stores seeks a Senior Area Loss Prevention Manager to protect assets and lead shortage/safety initiatives across multiple stores. You will partner with store leadership, district and field teams to drive loss reduction, train staff, and implement prevention programs.

You will oversee internal/external theft processes, manage SPS staffing, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to reduce risk and improve safety in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• BA degree or greater or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years directly-related, multi-unit Loss Prevention and/or Retail work experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive shortage reduction across assigned stores and region.
• Investigate and resolve internal/external theft and fraud.
• Train and develop ALPMs and SPS associates.
• Partner with store leadership, Operations, and HR on prevention initiatives.
• Oversee theft processes and resource allocation within region.
• Maintain records and communicate findings to leadership.
