Job summary

Life Cycle Engineering seeks a Logistics Planner – Regional Sustainment Framework to support USPACOM in Hawaii. The role involves strategic logistics planning, coordination with US and partner forces, and producing analyses to strengthen theater MRO and sustainment postures within RSF and TCP/TPP/TSCP frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication is a strict requirement.
• Minimum of 5 years of GCC environment experience (USPACOM preferred).
• Experience managing bilateral logistics portfolios and Security Cooperation programs.
• Understanding of defense industrial base, product support strategies, and global MRO networks.
• Familiarity with security cooperation tools (G-TSCMIS, AGATRS) and related databases.
• Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI desired.

Responsibilities

• RSF Implementation & Strategy: operationalize RSF strategy within USPACOM AOR and leverage MRO capabilities.
• Bilateral Engagements & Agreements: coordinate staff talks, working groups, and bilateral instruments (ACSA, MOU/MOA, IA).
• Security Cooperation Integration: align initiatives with Theater Security Cooperation programs and FMS sustainment.
• Doctrine & Policy Alignment: ensure compliance with DoDD/DoDI and theater authorities.
• Interagency & Component Sync: synchronize RSF and bilateral efforts across USPACOM components and agencies.
• Executive Reporting & Briefings: draft EXSUMs, info papers, and deliver briefings to senior leaders and foreign officials.
