Job summary

Hui Huliau is seeking a Logistics Planner to support the U.S. Pacific Command’s Regional Sustainment Framework. The role focuses on operationalizing RSF, strengthening bilateral MRO capabilities, and coordinating with USPACOM stakeholders in a fast-paced joint environment.

The position requires 5+ years in GCC settings, strong communication, and experience in bilateral agreements, with travel 6–8 times per year. U.S. citizenship and security clearance are prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating within a GCC environment or service component HQ.
• Experience managing bilateral logistics portfolios and Security Cooperation programs (ACSA, FMS).
• Active Secret clearance is required; TS/SCI desired. Travel internationally 6–8 times/year (up to 20% of time).
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to draft staff packages and brief leadership.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize the RSF strategy within USPACOM AOR and leverage regional MRO capabilities.
• Plan and conduct bilateral logistics talks and draft/maintain ACs, MOUs/MOAs, and IAs.
• Coordinate logistics capacity-building projects and Foreign Military Sales sustainment.
• Ensure compliance with DoD directives and theater security cooperation guidance.
• Synchronize RSF and bilateral initiatives across USPACOM components and defense agencies.
