Einride is hiring a Regional Planner to architect a high-performance regional network using our VRP platform, AI agents, and data modeling. You will optimize loads, manage carriers, and ensure data integrity across the TMS environment.

The role requires 6+ years in regional planning or related fields, expertise with TMS systems (Qargo preferred), and strong analytical and negotiation skills. On-site work at ELI hubs in Colton or Commerce, CA is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in regional planning, freight brokerage, or carrier operations optimization.
• Experience with TMS, preferably Qargo.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Intelligent network orchestration to optimize loads and yields.
• Forecasting and balancing regional supply with sales.
• Execution planning considering HOS and driver home-time.
• Carrier procurement and relation management.
