Job summary

Momentum Solar seeks a Logistics Manager to guide regional warehouse and logistics operations in Florida. You will lead staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive process improvements across multiple sites, collaborating with Installation, Service, and Operations teams.

The role requires 5+ years in warehousing, strong data analytics, and proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite). A Bachelor’s in logistics is preferred, with a focus on efficient space utilization and KPI-driven performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehousing/distribution
• Experience with end-to-end warehouse processes
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to learn ERP/WMS systems including NetSuite
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse staff and manage regional operations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and cycle counts across sites.
• Utilize WMS knowledge to resolve system issues as a superuser.
• Coordinate regional logistics and transfers between warehouses.
• Hire, train, and develop warehouse personnel.
• Track KPIs and report scores and trends.
• Support new market site startups and initial operations.
