Job summary

You will travel regionally and cross-regionally, adhere to DOT procedures, keep logs, and handle load paperwork. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required for this driver role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid Class A CDL with hazmat, tanker, and twin trailer endorsements
• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• No DUI, DWI, or license suspension for moving violations within the past 3 years
• No chargeable accidents or serious traffic violations within the past 6 months
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Read, write, communicate and comprehend English to perform tasks and review documents

Responsibilities

• Drives tractor trailers to deliver and pickup freight between company terminals, customer facilities, or meeting points
• Travels regionally and cross-regionally while pulling single, double, or triple trailers
• Follows established pre-trip, post-trip, freight handling, and billing procedures
• Conducts inspections by following safety and quality control procedures
• Hooks, unhooks, and assesses equipment per DOT guidelines
• Maintains records, logs, forms, and load-related paperwork

Skills

CDL-A with hazmat/tanker

1 year tractor-trailer experience

Legal work status in US

No major violations in 6 months
