Job summary

Producers XL seeks an experienced life insurance professional to recruit and develop a network of independent agents and financial advisors. This field-based role focuses on recruiting, relationship development, training, and agent-support to help agents grow their businesses.

You will train agents on products, sales concepts, and available resources, while building long-term relationships and representing the organization at industry events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years as a licensed life insurance agent in sales and marketing.
• Demonstrated experience selling life insurance.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and sales concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting and training individuals and groups.
• Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, train, and support life insurance agents.
• Identify and recruit qualified life insurance agents to join the network.
• Build strong relationships with agents and provide tools, training, and resources.
• Meet agents face-to-face, understand their business, and assess fit.
• Develop a consistent pipeline of prospective agents through networking and events.
• Represent the organization at industry events and agency meetings.
