Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a Life Enrichment Operations Specialist to partner with Regional Life Enrichment leadership, community teams, and interdisciplinary leaders to drive operational excellence and consistent execution across communities.

You will train and coach Life Enrichment leaders, manage cross-functional projects, oversee budgeting and digital tools, and travel regionally to support multiple communities while upholding company standards and advancing resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Life Enrichment leadership or multi-site operational support.
• Willingness to travel regionally to support multiple communities.
• Ability to work independently and with a regional team.
• Commitment to 1440 culture, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional leaders on functional support needs and priorities.
• Conduct site visits, Excellence Reviews, and hands-on coaching for standards.
• Provide training for Life Enrichment leaders and improve learning materials.
• Act as Life Enrichment Director at a community during vacancies.
• Maintain professional communication with leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Lead special projects, support committees, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversee digital signage setup, access, training, and optimization.
• Support budgeting and operational requirements aligned with business goals.
• Attend and lead Life Enrichment meetings to ensure consistency and execution.
