Job summary

Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring our buildings operate efficiently and safely for associates and customers.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years would be optimal.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership, communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians and coordinate with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership.
• Maintain licenses, obtain permits, and schedule inspections as required by codes.
• Perform reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
