Job summary

Walmart seeks a Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional area. You will lead technicians, ensure safe, efficient buildings, and partner with store leadership and vendors.

Strong leadership, technical know-how, and problem-solving are essential. Expect significant travel, management of licenses, reporting duties, and ongoing training to stay compliant.

Qualifications

• General facilities services/building maintenance experience: 3–5 years.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service orientation and collaboration abilities.
• EPA Universal Certification, PMP Certification and Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel region of ~50% to support sites and maintain licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Produce reporting and analytics on site conditions and performance.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and schedules inspections.
