Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance across a regional area. Lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable facility operations for associates and customers.

The role involves coordinating with store managers, vendors, and leadership, and requires maintaining licenses, reporting, and inspections.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years in general facilities services/building maintenance.
• Electrical, plumbing and/or mechanical experience required.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 50% within the region to oversee facilities maintenance.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintain reporting and analytics for operations.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and ensure compliance.
• Participate in training to stay current with regulations and codes.
• Arrange permits and schedule inspections as required by codes.
