Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities within a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably for associates and customers.

The role requires approximately 50% regional travel, maintaining state licenses, and collaboration with store managers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience required.
• Leadership skills to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving with root-cause analysis.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% or more within the region and maintain mechanical licenses.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed.
• Perform reporting and analytics.
• Ensure contractor licenses are up to date with authorities.
• Participate in training and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Obtain permits and schedule inspections as required.
