Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an experienced Regional Counsel to identify, assess and communicate complex legal risks, safeguarding organizational interests while aligning with DPR's values and objectives.

You will advise leadership and cross‑functional teams on contractual matters, monitor risk issues, and mentor others in proactive mitigation, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in risk management, legal counsel, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in a combination of law firm and in-house counsel preferred.
• State Bar License required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors evaluation and management of significant risks, aligning with risk appetite and strategy.
• Advises leadership on potential risk impact and actionable mitigation plans.
