Job summary

The role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align risk strategies with business objectives and values.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end risk resolution, mentor colleagues, and ensure contracts are reviewed with actionable risk guidance.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• 6–8 years in risk management or legal counsel roles.
• Bar license required in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage significant risks aligned with strategy.
• Advise leadership on risk impact and mitigation.
• Lead resolution of risk issues with stakeholders.
• Implement risk policies, procedures, and training.
• Mentor others on risk identification and mitigation.
• Review contracts and advise on rights, obligations and risks.
