Job summary

Indus Management Group in Houston seeks a Regional Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy across its residential communities. You will prospect, show apartments, negotiate lease terms and renewals, and provide top‑notch service to residents and prospects alike.

You will leverage RealPage and digital outreach to close deals, coordinate with property managers, and travel locally across SW Houston and Spring Branch. A valid Texas license and bilingual skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of leasing experience in the multifamily industry and sales.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Able to travel locally between Indus communities in SW Houston and Spring Branch.

Responsibilities

• Generates and manages prospective resident leads and logs records in RealPage.
• Engages daily with prospects via phone, text, email, and social channels to set appointments.
• Shows apartments and closes leases with qualified applicants; renewals handled as needed.
• Coordinates move‑ins/outs with maintenance and ensures units are ready.
• Assists with occupancy goals, promotions and marketing across multiple sites.
