Job summary

American Red Cross in Charleston, WV seeks a Regional Executive Coordinator to partner with the Regional CEO and Leadership Team. You will drive focus, alignment, and results across the Central Appalachia region, manage executive-level projects, organize meetings, plans, and follow-through to keep the region running smoothly.

This leadership support role blends organization, communication, data insight, and initiative.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficient in PC use and Microsoft Office.
• Proficient typing skills required.
• Knowledge of Power BI preferred.
• Ability to prepare and edit complex documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and administrative support to the Regional CEO.
• Coordinate leadership meetings and tracking action plans.
• Prepare high‑impact materials and reports.
• Analyze data and present insights to leadership.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and provide team support.
• Support volunteer engagement and regional operations.
