Job Overview

The Regional Leader - Structures Group is responsible for the success of the Structures group within the Mid-Atlantic Transportation Division, covering North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and sales growth, manage expenses, costs, and margins, and oversee financial goals.
• Manage and mentor staff within the Mid-Atlantic Structures Group.
• Lead project teams, ensuring quality standards and productivity.
• Maintain client relationships and oversee project execution.
• Handle financial aspects such as budgets and profitability.
• Identify operational and business growth opportunities.
• Communicate company goals, culture, and policies.
• Assist in developing strategic goals for revenue and profit growth.
