Responsibilities

• Serve as executive technical sponsor on priority engagements and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure delivery quality with proper scoping, milestones, and clean handoffs.
• Identify and elevate product gaps and integration friction to drive roadmap decisions.
• Manage active engagements and coach FDEs on scoping and delivery.
• Build reusable playbooks to scale the FDE organization.
