Job summary

RISE Services LLC seeks a Regional Director of Employment Services & Expansion to oversee programs in Delaware, Maryland, and Rhode Island. The role combines regional leadership with provider enrollment and expansion initiatives, in-person work, and regular travel.

Based in Columbia, MD, Frederick, MD, or Dover, DE, this leadership position reports to the Assistant Director and requires hands-on management, strong organization, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements and multi-state

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; substantial relevant experience considered.
• At least three years in human services, VR, disability services, or related fields.
• Experience supervising teams and managing projects.
• Strong organization, detail orientation and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read complex requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
• Willingness to travel interstate and work in-person.

Responsibilities

• Direct regional employment-service operations across Delaware, Maryland, and Rhode Island.
• Supervise program managers and staff; set service delivery standards.
• Oversee provider enrollment and multi-state expansion projects.
• Coordinate travel, in-person training, and outreach with agencies.
