Job summary

RISE Services LLC seeks a Regional Director to lead employment services across Delaware, Maryland, and Rhode Island. The role requires in-person leadership with regular regional travel, based in Columbia, MD; Frederick, MD; or Dover, DE.

The position oversees staff, program operations, and compliance while guiding expansion projects and provider enrollment. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and strong experience with supervision, regulatory interpretation, and multi-state program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; substantial relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in human services, program management, or expansion projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and apply complex regulations and official instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employment programs regionally across DE, MD, and RI with direct supervision of staff.
• Coordinate provider enrollment, Medicaid waivers, and multi-state expansion efforts.
• Ensure compliance, reporting, and project timelines across programs.
