• Deep expertise in risk-based vulnerability prioritization and remediation governance.
• Demonstrated leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and security frameworks including NIST SP 800-40, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, DORA, FCA/PRA.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while ensuring responsible use of data and AI outputs.

Overview

The Regional Lead for Vulnerability Response Management is responsible for overseeing vulnerability response and remediation activities across a designated geographic region (e.g., EMEA, Americas, APAC). The role ensures the timely identification, prioritization, escalation, remediation, and reporting of vulnerabilities while maintaining compliance with corporate cyber security standards, regulatory requirements, and remediation SLAs.

The Regional Lead acts as the primary liaison between Global Vulnerability Management, regional technology teams, application owners, infrastructure teams, cloud platforms, risk functions, and senior management to drive vulnerability reduction and improve the organization's cyber resilience.

• Partner with Technology Leadership (CIOs and Technology Heads) to drive vulnerability remediation, reduce cyber risk exposure, and support business resilience objectives
• Collaborate with CISO and Security Leadership teams to align regional vulnerability response activities with enterprise cybersecurity strategy, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Engage with Technology Risk, Audit, and Regulatory stakeholders to ensure effective governance, transparent risk reporting, and successful regulatory examination outcomes

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $100,000 to $157,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
