The first-line Technology, Data and Innovation Regulatory, Risk, and Controls function is a highly visible and critical partner across the organization, providing strategic guidance, oversight, and constructive challenge. As an Assistant Vice President, you will help ensure the Bank delivers change, manages regulatory expectations, and maintains secure, compliant, and resilient technology systems. You will lead key regulatory engagements, manage technology risk governance forums, and support risk reduction, audit remediation, and transformation initiatives. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and the Business to align priorities and resolve complex issues. Through this work, you will contribute to the Bank s strategic journey by strengthening operational resilience and proactively managing its regulatory footprint in an evolving digital environment.
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL or Cary, NC offices in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $75,000 to $119,500 and Cary is $85,000 to $129,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
